In compliance with the European Data Act (EU Regulation 2023/2854), Brovi as a manufacturer provide clear and accessible information, includes details on the types of data generated by our connected products, the formats in which data is stored, and the methods available for users to access or delete this data.
1.we have provided some estimated approximate volume per user per day below to give users a sense of how much data their products generate.
System Version Information, Network and Carrier Information, Device Hardware Information
Format as .txt and 1 kb per day
Collected when users actively check for updates or auto check for updates.
The information collected during system ROM updates in the software update service is retained for 6 months, while the information used for business operations and operational analysis is retained for 5 years.
2. How you can manage the data
Legislation in certain countries and regions where we provide products and services stipulates that data subjects have rights to access, correct, retrieve and delete data. The user or their authorized third-party may access, retrieve or delete themselves.
The user or their authorized third-party can also submit requests to us. Requests can be submitted through Email.
We will make every effort to respond within reasonable period upon receiving a request to access your data. This period will be within a maximum of 2 months and subject to extension if necessary, depending on the number of requests and their complexity. If the request period is to be extended, we will notify the data subject of the situation and reason for delay. In the event of any time conflict between this section and local laws/regulations, the latter shall prevail.
